Mongolian luxury resort
Fire detection and alarm system for Baga Tenger City luxury resort outside Ulaanbaatar.
The Baga Tenger City luxury resort is located just outside the Mongolian capital of Ulaanbaatar. Consisting of three residences and a residential complex, the luxury resort offers a top-quality retreat in the booming metropolis. A Securiton fire detection and alarm system provides reliable protection in the three luxury residences.
More than half of Mongolia’s population lives in Ulaanbaatar. With 1.5 million inhabitants, the city is the economic, political and cultural hub of the Central Asian state. It is also a city in transition between tradition and modernity, something that is reflected in the buoyant construction activity in and around Ulaanbaatar.
In an idyllic side valley not far from the city, a modern neighbourhood with high-quality individual houses and three luxury residences at the entrance to the residential area has now been built to meet particularly discerning demands. The concept of the Baga Tenger residences is to attract people who know what they want and who work hard to achieve it, but at the same time enjoy life to the full. The amenities include an abundance of natural light, fresh air and greenery, as well as proximity to everything required for day-to-day life.
Securiton’s local partner Smart Technology LLC was commissioned to provide the luxury residences with the best possible fire protection. This was achieved by means of redundant, modular SecuriFire 3000 fire detection and alarm systems, which evaluate the data from thousands of SecuriStar MCD 573X combined smoke and heat detectors. The latter provide early detection of smouldering, glowing and open fires with or without smoke development for ultimate safety.
