In an idyllic side valley not far from the city, a modern neighbourhood with high-quality individual houses and three luxury residences at the entrance to the residential area has now been built to meet particularly discerning demands. Securiton’s local partner Smart Technology LLC was commissioned to provide the luxury residences with the best possible fire protection. This was achieved by means of redundant, modular SecuriFire 3000 fire detection and alarm systems, which evaluate the data from thousands of SecuriStar MCD 573X combined smoke and heat detectors. The latter provide early detection of smouldering, glowing and open fires with or without smoke development for ultimate safety.
